Q | Can we bring our own cake in?
A | Yes, for $3 per head your wedding cake can be cut and served out to guests as dessert.

Q | Do we have to set up glassware and cutlery?
A | No, Our staff will set your tables, you will have to provide centre pieces.

Q | When can we get in to set up for a wedding?
A | The night before unless there is a function booked, otherwise the morning at your earliest convenience.

Q | Are we responsible for cleaning of the venue the following day?
A | No, our staff will pack up and clean the room. Patrons will be billed for any property damage.

Q | What time are you licensed until?
A | The bar will close at 12:45am and patrons must have departed by 1am.

Q | When do final guest numbers need to be confirmed?
A | One week prior to reception for catering purposes.

Q | Do we have to pay for the bar tab on the night?
A | No, you will be invoiced and will have 7 days to pay.

Q | When do the catering cost have to paid for?
A | Catering MUST be paid for PRIOR to reception, no exceptions will be made.

Q | When will I know when my bar TAB has reached its limit?
A | Staff will inform you just before the TAB is up, you can either increase the limit or guests can start purchasing their own drinks.

Q | Can guests purchase shots of spritits?
A | No, due to Club Policy this is not possible.
